Refund policy

At Simpliq, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for a refund

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Email simpliqapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers)

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method as soon as possible typically 1-3 days.

We do not refund shipping fees.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
